How do I sign up?

Easily, and quickly, so you can get to the lingerie faster!

Just click Login/Register at the top of any page
Next, click Register
Enter your details and then click Submit

That's it! You've created your account and are now ready to shop!

What information do I need to provide?

Your Name, Email address, and a Password is all it takes to create your account, and you can stay up to date with the latest news by signing up to the Elle Macpherson Intimates Newsletter.

Is my information kept private?

We work hard to gain your trust, and even harder to keep it! We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.You may occasionally receive information regarding products and promotions we think you’ll like, and you can opt out at any time. Read our Privacy Policy

I forgot my password.

A forgotten password is no problem at all. You can easily create a new one:

Click Login/Register at the top of any page
Click Forgot Your Password?
We’ll email you the instructions to create your new password.

I forgot my email address.

We'll help you regain access to your account. Please Contact us (Monday-Friday). Together we'll find your account and confirm it's yours, and then update both your email and password on the spot.

I can't log in.

This commonly happens if the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is pressed, or for an incorrectly entered password.
If neither of these resolve the issue, we recommend clicking Forgot Your Password? We’ll email you the instructions to create a new password.

How do I view or change my account details?

You can view or change account details after logging in, such as:

Account Info (Name, Email address, Date of Birth)
Preferences (Email updates you’ve requested from us)
Credit Cards (You can save a credit card when you place an order), and
Addresses (Any Delivery or Billing Address you use)

To modify your details at any time:
Click Edit
Make your changes
Click Save when you're done.

How can I shop on site?

Now you’re talking! Shopping is the most fun you can have on site:

Search for anything you want by Gender, Category and Brand.
Select your preferred Colour, Size and Quantity
Click Add to Shopping Bag
Got everything you wanted? Click Shopping Bag to admire your items, and then
Checkout.
Enter your payment details and click Submit

So easy it’s habit forming! We’ll pack your items and get them to you ASAP.

How do I track my order?

Until we figure out how to make packages reach you instantly, the next best thing is tracking your order. Here's how:

Click My Orders
Click View Orders and review itsStatus

Can I send items as gifts?

Yes, and we wish our friends were as generous as you!

Lingerie is a perfect gift for someone special, and you can send it directly to them. Your gift will be delivered in an organza bag.
For extra style points get it gift wrapped in an elegant gift box with your special message to them, for just $6.00, at checkout.

Can I change my order after paying?

Yes you can, as long as your item(s) haven’t been sent yet. To see if you can make changes:

Log in to your account
Click My Orders
Click View Orders and review its Status

Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can, as long as your item(s) haven’t been sent yet. To confirm whether you can cancel the order:

Log in to your account
Click My Orders
Click View Orders and review its Status
Click Cancel

If your order has been sent, please do not attempt a cancellation. Instead, wait until you receive it and then contact us to return your order.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Like you, we get annoyed when items are out of stock but luckily you can backorder most items. We’ll move heaven and earth to get your size, fast, and send it to you ASAP.

Of course sometimes it can take some time, and you shouldn’t be kept waiting, which is why you can cancel your order at any time before we send the item your way.

If you’re interested in placing a backorder refer to Product Availability.
If you've already ordered, including a combination of in-stock and backordered items, you may receive Multiple Deliveries.

This can be confusing so, if you’d like to learn more please Contact us (Monday-Friday).

Can I order an item that's not listed on the site, but is available in store?

Unfortunately, our distribution centres only stock and deliver items listed online. It's not you, it's us!

Can I order items from previous seasons?

You can order anything you see on our site or Contact us (Monday-Friday). We may be able to track it down for you.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

For your convenience we'll happily accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and PayPal payments.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Credit card payments are 100% secure on our site. Card numbers, expiry dates, names, and other details are encrypted using the level of online security banks use, 128-bit encryption. Transactions are completed in a very secure environment. Look for the “https” address in your browser’s address bar for peace of mind. It is often accompanied by a padlock icon, indicating a secure transaction is in progress.

I’m having trouble paying with PayPal.

The best way to resolve PayPal account issues is by visiting your PayPal country website and clicking ‘Help’ to access PayPal Customer Support. For your security, please don't share sensitive personal or financial information, such as PayPal passwords over the phone, by fax, or in an email.

I’m having trouble paying with my Credit Card.

The best way to resolve issues related to your credit card is by contacting the financial institution that issued your card. For your security, please don't send sensitive personal or financial information, such as credit card details, over the phone, by fax, or in an email.

What currency do you accept?

We accept Australian dollars (for purchases within Australia) and New Zealand dollars (for purchases within NZ).

How will I know if my payment was successful?

You'll receive an email from us confirming your order, usually within one hour of placing an order. If you have a Bendon Lingerie account, you can also check your order status online:

DELIVERIES

Do you deliver where I live?

We deliver to everyone, everywhere in Australia!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE if you spend $100 or more, otherwise it's a flat rate of just $7.50. Learn more about Deliveries

When can I expect my item(s) to arrive?

We get really excited about receiving parcels too! To know when your order should arrive check our delivery times.

Do you deliver internationally?

We’re currently focused on giving domestic customers the best possible service, and plan to deliver internationally as soon as possible.

Can I choose a delivery address that's different to where I live?

You sure can, as long as both are in the same country. That way you can receive your items directly instead of waiting to get home. Just let us know during checkout.

How do I check the delivery address for my order?

To check your delivery address for a specific order:

Log in to your account
Click My Orders
Click View to check your delivery address

How do I change delivery addresses?

To change delivery addresses:

Log in to your Account
Click Addresses
Select the address you want to modify
Click Edit
Make your changes
Click Save when you're done

NOTE: You cannot change delivery address after you’ve placed an order, as your item may already be in transit.

Can I track my delivery?

I think my order is lost. What can you do?

Please Contact us (Monday-Friday). Together we’ll find out what your order status is, and make it up to you if we’ve erred.

I didn't receive everything I bought.

Please log in to your account and check My Orders in case you ordered a combination of items in stock and on backorder. This means you will receive multiple deliveries. We shipped the stocked items immediately so you weren't kept waiting.
As soon as we receive your backordered item(s) we’ll send it your way, at no additional cost to you. For more information refer to Product Availability and Multiple Deliveries.

If you do not have any items on backorder, please Contact us (Monday-Friday) and we'll make it right for you.

I received an incorrect item.

Please Contact us (Monday-Friday). We'll confirm your order and have the right item shipped to you immediately.

Help! My item was damaged during delivery.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please Contact us (Monday-Friday). We'll make it up to you, and send a replacement immediately.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

You can return an item Online, by Phone within 100 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information and instructions.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Yes. You can exchange items for FREE within 100 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

Can I exchange an item that has been purchased with a gift certificate?

Absolutely! We want to make sure that the product you are wearing is perfect in both fit and style for you. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you paid with. If you used a gift card or promotional voucher, we may give you a new gift card to the value of your purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We'll refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item, to the payment source you used (credit card or PayPal account). Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

My items were damaged during delivery. What can you do?

Yes, we may give you a new gift card to the value of your purchase.

GIFT CARDS AND CODES

Can I buy a gift card if I'm outside Australia or NZ?

Yes, but gift cards can only be used within Australia (if bought on our Australian site) and New Zealand (if bought on our New Zealand site).

How do I use a gift card or promotional code?

You can use both online during checkout. Just enter the code or card number under the section called I would like to use a Gift Card before completing your payment.

Does my gift card or promotional code have an expiry date?

Yes, gift cards expire 1 year after their date of purchase. Surely no one could resist spending it on something beautiful for themselves! Promotional codes usually expire much sooner, depending on the type of code. If you have one, use it as soon as you can!

How do I know the right fit for me?

There's an entire section called Advice, accessible via a link at the top of your screen, which helps you determine your size and provides information the different types of intimate apparel. It will help you make an informed decision.

What can I do if my items don't fit me?

Everyone deserves well fitted lingerie. If yours doesn't fit, exchange it FREE, for an appropriate size. You can arrange a return online, by phone. For instructions visit our Returns page.
